About KartShare

How did it all begin?

In June of 2023, our co-founder moved his family to a golf cart community in Northeast Florida and purchased a golf cart soon after. The memories and experiences that were made with his family using that golf cart are priceless and unforgettable. However, he noticed that there are times that the golf cart does sit idle in the garage and there are other families within the community that do not own a golf cart for various reasons but would like to use one occasionally. Thus, KartShare was spawned.

What is our mission?

To bring further awareness to the general public of golf carts as not only a recreational vehicle but a truly viable, practical, sustainable and eco-friendly mode of transportation that deserves scalable mass adoption worldwide.

Who is our audience?

Residents of "Golf Cart Friendly Communities" who both own golf carts that are idle and would like to earn some additional income as well as Residents of "Golf Cart Friendly Communities" who do not own golf carts but would occasionally like to rent one to participate in community events, holidays, family coming into town or just a leisurely weekend around town. Travelers to tourist destinations like beach towns and campgrounds will never rent a regular car again after they rent a golf cart instead during their vacation.
